Based in Manawatu, she delivers PLD nationwide, supporting schools to implement evidence-based practices. With a background in intervention, leadership, and coaching, she is committed to improving literacy outcomes for learners.

Marianne Brown brings over 30 years of experience as a dedicated educator, with a special focus on Structured Literacy for the past 9 years. She's passionate about helping schools across New Zealand implement research-backed literacy programs that empower both teachers and students. Based in Manawatu, Marianne travels nationwide delivering Professional Learning and Development (PLD) sessions that transform the way literacy is taught. My background as a reading intervention specialist, literacy leader, and coach has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the literacy challenges faced by schools, and how to overcome them with Structured Literacy.
